Position Overview
BrandPal is looking for a proactive Account Manager to spearhead our efforts in securing new business and educating clients on the benefits of our marketing solutions. Ideal candidates should have a solid background in creator marketing or possess a significant social media following (1000+), particularly on TikTok.
Contract Type: Available as a contract position, requiring a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week with a fixed schedule established by mutual agreement. There's potential for conversion to a full-time role based on performance evaluation.
Responsibilities:

Strategically identify and secure new business opportunities through various channels, including direct outreach and social media.

Educate prospective clients about BrandPal’s unique AI-driven marketing strategies.

Foster and maintain client relationships, ensuring service excellence and meeting client needs.

Work closely with the marketing team to tailor proposals that meet client goals.

Keep abreast of industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's business goals.

Gather client feedback to enhance BrandPal’s offerings continuously.
Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, or account management, preferably in creator marketing.

An established fanbase of over 1000 followers on TikTok or similar platforms.

Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex solutions effectively.

Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to spot new business opportunities.

Driven to meet sales targets and contribute to team achievements.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
Contractor Requirements:

Must commit to at least 20 hours per week, with a schedule agreed upon mutually; available options:

9AM~2PM, Pacific Time, Monday to Friday

12AM-5PM, Pacific Time, Monday to Friday

5PM~10PM, Pacific Time, Monday to Friday

For potential full-time employment, the position will convert to a standard full-time non-exempt role.
